There are three items of interest this week. The first deals with the on-going official propaganda attack on Chinese food additives that are alleged to have caused massive American die-offs of cats and dogs, the second with a new and very disturbing weapon that almost anyone can use to attack important targets and the third is a really awful television clip that the DoD has been frantically been trying to silence on the Internet.

As we indicated earlier, the official government, and media, story is that melamine has contaminated Chinese food glutins, wheat, rice and corn. This is correct. However, melamine is not poisonous or we would see tens of thousands of human deaths from eating the same products. The actual poison was commercial rat poison and it was deliberately introduced into pet food in the United States, not China.

The reason for making China the villain is to knock the cheaper Chinese produces off the American market at the urgent requests of American agribusiness who cannot compete with cheaper Chinese products.

The second story deals with the probable future use of radio controlled aircraft, commonly available to the hobby world, as weapons of destruction.

A story from an international news site covers this at the end of this article (linked here) but the facts are quite simply that in two days, from August 9 to August 11, 2003, a light unmanned radio controlled plane was flown from Canada to Ireland.

The distance is 1888.3 miles for a flight from Cape Spear, Newfoundland, Canada, to Mannin Beach, County Galway, Ireland, during the period August 9-11, 2003.

The duration of the flight was 38 hours and 52 minutes. The range of the RC in this instance was 1,882 miles, accomplished on less than 1 gallon of fuel

The TAM 5 (Trans Atlantic Model), a simple balsa-and-ply aircraft, was hand-launched, on August 9, 2003, at 7:45 p.m. (local time) from Cape Spear, Newfoundland, the model flew a distance of 1,882.3 miles in 38 hours and 52 minutes before being landed in Clifden, County Galway, Ireland, on August 11 at 2:08 p.m. (local time)

The plane had a maximum weight of 11 pounds fueled and a wingspan of around 72 inches, or 6 feet The engine displaced lOcc, and a common 1980's vintage O.S. .61 4-stroke engine was mounted. The payload was 5 kgs. The model used traditional free-flight construction methods for both light weight and strength. As an example, the wing weighed only 1.1 pounds yet it could sustain more than 3G. The model had no landing gear (excess weight and drag) and used only one aileron (In the left panel .To further reduce weight, the vertical fin doesn't have a movable rudder, and the entire model is covered with transparent red MonoKote.

There are literally thousands of commercially avaliable radio controlled aircraft to be found on the current market. Dimensions and performances vary but the average low-priced model can fly for a period of fifteen minutes at between 60-70 mph. A payload would naturally vary from model to model but most commercially available models could carry 6 to 10 pounds in addition to fuel, so that, for instance, a small glass container of smallpox or other pathogens would be very easy to carry and would, when the aircraft eventually crashed, or was crashed, into a target, disperse the contents over a significant area.

The belief that some kind of atomic weapon could be carried on these recreational models is unfounded but CW/BW weapons would be “an ideal payload”, according to a highly confidential DHS study of Februay 15, 2007. Further, the report says,…Ithese converted carriers can easily be directed at a security target… and can fly fast and at low altitites, making any radar interception completely impossible…” Also, the report continues, “interdiction and destruction of such a guided missile is, given the current level of defense systems, not possible…” It should be noted that radio controlled aircraft are not limited to the United States but can be found throughout the world.

This potential threat is certainly well-known in intelligence and military circles but only recently is beginning to receive publicity. There seems to be an official U.S. belief that the only terrorists are our current enemies, mostly Muslim entities, but in point of fact, almost anyone with a grudge and less than a thousand dollars and some basic knowledge, can buy or build an aircraft radio controlled model that could, in theory, wreak havoc on the over-extended, ineffectual and clumsy American military defense systems.

For example, a DoD report explains, a replica of a high-winged monoplane, similar in outward appearance to the hundreds of thousands of such full-sized aircraft now flying inside the continental United States, could very easily be flown west, across Washnigton, over the Mall and aimed at the White House. The aircraft’s payload could be nothing more lethal than a bag of milk sugar but if the authorites were warned prior to the flight and it was put forward that this was an actual private plane intending to drop anthrax, for example, incredible panic would reign inside the Beltway. The extensive anti-aircraft weaponry on the roof of the White House and nearby federal buildings could not open up when the aircraft was eventually spotted (actual accurate identification of this as a large model would be difficult at best and in the panic of the moment, impossible) because fused shells would rain down on distant parts of the District inflicting serious and fatal damage to property and citizens. The panic-stricken exodus of senior White House residents, to include the president, would look like a stampeding horde of water buffalo in the path of a forest fire and the weaker would be trampled by the fatter ones behind them and the fleeing presidential convoy would wreak terrible havoc scattering and crushing those lesser lights on foot in the the way of the Imperial Escape Convoy.

Is this a pracitical concept or merely another ‘Scare-the-Shit-out- of-em’ government tactic?

There is no question it can, and would, work but other than to frighten people witless or perhaps to dump smallpox on Tel Aviv, the applications would seem to be negligible. Still, look how long it took before our Brave Guardians took to recognize it!

The final subject deals with an Arab-produced shocking television clip on their sniping of Americns in Iraq. The furious DoD has tried, with varying degrees of success, to shut this down. We have checked this out and it is free from virus and absolutely deadly.

There has been a good deal of underground interest and concern over the so-called ‘pet food poisonings.’ This is considered to be a red hot topic in certain official circles here and as almost all the current press reportage comes directly from official Food and Drugs Administration concocted press releases, it might be instructive here to outline a history of this terrible happening and show how a politically dangerous subject is dealt with by a government and its friends in the media. This study is only concerned with the issue of contaminated pet food and does not explore the thesis of deliberate contamination of food in American restaurants and on farms. That will be covered in a later study.

Firstly, a listing of the course of events in the poisoned pet food matter:

In March of this year, reports began to surface in the American media about pets, cats and dogs, dying or becoming very ill from eating commercial pet food,. This date is not fixed because there are now more reports surfacing that indicate that this poisoning began as early as December of 2006 and went on, sporadically, through January and Februay of 2007. This new information has been emerging from reports of American veternarians.

As of March 20, 2007, reports indicated that at least ten dogs and cats had already died and that many more were considered to be critially ill due to kidney failure

As of March 22, 2007 the death toll has risen nationally to 16 confirmed dead pets:

15 feline, one canine. It is speculated by vetenary organizations that the actual death toll is probably much higher.

On March 23, 2007: As of 1pm the New York State Agriculture Department (which, incidentially, has one of the best labs in the US for determining food contamination--the FDA frequently relies on NY Ag Dept.'s own advisories for issuing its own recall notices) has announced the poison identified is aminopterin. Aminopterin is a folic acid antagonist which in the 50's and 60's was used as cancer chemotherapy (and, illegally, to induce abortion) until it was replaced by the less toxic drug methotrexate (and seeing as methotrexate is probably one of the most toxic drugs in the anticancer arsenal, this is telling you something; typically humans receiving MTX (much less its chemical cousin aminopterin) receive leucovorin to "rescue" them from the effects of folic acid depletion). Aminopterin is used in some countries as a rodenticide

.. On March 24, 2007 : Per a medical advisory aimed at veterinarians from the American Veterinary Medical Association, it appears that aminopterin is causing kidney failure due to the drug crystallising in the kidney tubules (thus destroying the kidneys); the medical advisory also notes that there is still testing going on for other agents besides aminopterin (advising caution to vets) and also notes the risk of other health problems as a result of aminopterin poisoning (specifically the fact that the drug depresses bone marrow; a close "chemical cousin" of aminopterin, methotrexate, is used in humans and dogs with various blood cancers (leukemias and lymphomas) and in lower doses as a "last-resort" drug in humans with rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis (both of which are autoimmune diseases) specifically for its bone-marrow suppressing effect, and methotrexate is used in very high doses to destroy bone marrow in preparation for stem-cell and bone marrow transplants).

As of March 27, 2007; the Veterinary Information Network (a veterinary medicine association that, among others, sponsors continuing medical education for vets) has reported that there are 471 cases of kidney failure linked to aminopterin- ( a commercial rat poison) tainted Menu Foods products that their association is aware of including 104 confirmed deaths (11 canine, 93 feline); this same report notes that PetConnection.com has ancedotal reports of 1792 more deaths (1018 feline, 774 canine) attributed to contaminated pet food

On March 30, 2007: The FDA has now officially discounted the use of aminopterin as the agent causing pet deaths and now states, officially that the actual cause is the inclusion of melamine their analysists state they have found in suspect pet food. Melamine is a urea-based chemical that is used widely in the manufacture of plastics (especially floor laminates and oven-proof dishware); it is also (due to its urea base) used in several countries as a fertiliser. Of note, FDA-originating news reports that melamine has been found in the kidneys of a cat who died of Menu Foods related poisoning and the NY Ag Dept. lab which first detected aminopterin in the pet food has also confirmed the melamine finding., but has not confirmed FDA statements that melamine is capable of causing deaths of pets or humans The FDA press releases claim that “As melamine is a urea-based chemical it could be a missing link as to why the poisoning is so severe--certainly, melamine *cannot* help with aminopterin-caused kidney failure. One of the known effects of melamine intoxication in humans is kidney stones, and (combined with the known mechanism of kidney toxicity with aminopterin, specifically crystallisation in the kidneys) the two chemicals likely have a synergistic effect. In particular, it's uncertain how melamine is toxic to the kidneys of cats, who generally have better filtering systems for urea and uric acid derivatives (thanks to the fact cats are obligate carnivores

On March 30, 2007: The FDA has issued an emergency order stating that they now believe Chinese-originating wheat glutin to be the agent contaminating pet food as well as to specifically block import of any wheat or wheat gluten products containing melamine and to step up surveillance and testing of all wheat and wheat gluten products entering the US. Per a website also following the pet food scandal, one shipper of the allegedly “tainted wheat gluten” is now known to be Xuzhou Anying Biologic Technology Development Company Ltd and the FDA releases stress that “anything using wheat or wheat gluten from this company should be considered potentially tainted.” The FDA neglects to mention that wheat glutin is used extensively in the preparation of food for human consumption throughout the world and also that no known cases of human kidney failure or infection have been noted.

As of April 1, 2007, 2,822 deaths of pets have been officially reported: 1,557 feline, 1,265 canine.

On April 2, 2007: FDA press releases stress that there is “a strong possibility other manufacturers in China are also sources”; reportedly Xuzhou Anying Biologic has claimed they are in fact buying wheat and wheat gluten from “many” companies within China. The second firm linked to contaminated grain has been officially identified as Suzhou Hengrun Import & Export Corp., Ltd; Suzhou Hengrun is quite a major import/export company in China, with a great deal of their trade involving pharmaceuticals, specifically antimicrobial drugs.

As of April: 3, 2007 168 dead (1,700 feline, 1,468 canine) and 9,203 total pets reported to their database as either sick or dead from contaminated pet food; the Oregon Veterinary Medical Association reports 104 suspected cases of poisoning due to contaminated feed (68 feline, 36 canine) reported to the state public health veterinarian, of which at least 38 are known to be fatal (23 feline deaths, 15 canine); a survey of Michigan vets from the Michigan Veterinary Medical Association shows 135 suspected cases of poisoning in that state (100 feline, 35 canine) with 29 of those cases as being fatal (no breakdown as per species, though both canine and feline cases reported); the same article notes that 41% of vets responding to the survey have treated caes of kidney failure possibly related to the tainted feed, and some sources are reporting "hundreds" of deaths; if similar numbers are occuring with veterinary reporting nationwide, this would back up the petconnection.com numbers.

On April 4, 2007: An FDA press release alleges that tne shipper of “tainted wheat products from Xuzhou Anying (and possibly others) seems to be ChemNutra Inc”. The FDA states that ChemNutra is now recalling suspect ingredient. ChemNutra is an import/export company specialising in import of Chinese-source ingredients (including, notably, wheat gluten) for the food (including pet food) and pharmaceutical industries.

On April 4, 2007 and onwards: Official government (via FDA releases) de-emphasis on aminopterin being a culprit (two Federal labs were “unable to confirm the aminopterin findings”) yet it is uncertain how melamine could be sickening cats in particular.

On April 6, 2007 it has been officially reported : 9,378 dead or ill, 3,242 dead (1,731 feline, 1,511 canine); Iowa's state veterinary college reports 43 cases of suspected poisoning, 18 fatal which backs up numbers from state veterinary associations.

On April 6, 2007 there is emerging the very disturbing possibility voiced from numerous professional but unofficial sources (and hotly denied or ignored by the FDA) that the contamination of pet food that has killed thousands of animals may have been deliberate -- specifically involving aminopterin possibly as an act of domestic sabotage.

On April 6, 2007: Now up to four manufacturers other than Menu Foods affected including Del Monte Foods (makers of Pounce cat treats, among others) and Sunshine Mills (makers of Ol' Roy pet food and pet snacks); Del Monte is on its second round of recalls, in fact, despite assurances from the FDA the day before that this would be the last of the recalls.

On April 10, 2007: 3,730 dead (1,938 feline, 1,792 canine), 11,703 dead or critically ill total; Veterinary Information Network (which covers approximately half of the veterinary practitioners in the US) estimates "hundreds, if not thousands" dead based on its own survey of veterinarians and possibly up to 10,000 pets suffering kidney failure as a result; Banfield (largest pet care clinic chain in North America, largely based in PetSmart stores) has issued very worrying statistics that state that 3 out of 10,000 pets who have eaten contaminated food and been treated at their hospitals have gone on to develop kidney failure, that kidney failure cases are up 30 percent, and that over 39,000 cases of kidney failure related to contaminated feed are expected.

On April 12, 2007: 4000 pets have been officially reported dead because of officially “unidentified causes”:: 3,973 dead, 2,058 feline, 1,815 canine; 12,419 total sickened or dead

On April 12, 2007: Cornell University's veterinary forensics lab may have identified a secondary contaminant (or possibly a tertiary one; aminopterin has been identified in samples, and this could either be a confirmation of aminopterin or a finding of a third contaminant) which has been found both in pet food and in tissues of poisoned pets. It is presently unknown what the additional contaminant found was.

On April 17, 2007: The FDA now announces that “Contaminated rice gluten now found as well. Suspected source is from a second Chinese company, and the discovery is especially disturbing in light of rice (which is the major alternative to wheat or corn) being potentially contaminated--the pet food recall is likely to expand dramatically. FDA press releases now state authoratatively that “Contaminated rice gluten now found as well--Natural Balance (which had been previously listed as safe) has recalled food found contaminated with melamine from rice gluten.” The FDA now insists that: “All Chinese-origin foodstuffs should be considered suspect”

On April 18, 2007: Death toll is 4,211 dead with nearly an even split of canine and feline cases, 12,820 cases of food-related illness

On April 18, 2007. The FDA press releases identify alleged “Chinese origin” has been ‘confirmed” as the source of “contaminated rice protein” specifically Binzhou Futian Bioloy Technology Co., Ltd.

On April 18, 2007: The “contaminated rice protein” is also alleged to originate from a second Chinese company, indicating that the problems are in fact system-wide in the Chinese food supply. There are a number of FDA-spopnsored articles appearing in the American media ctiticizing Chinese food safety (or more properly, the lack of it) and how China's food safety issues are an international concern. Among other things, the FDA only inspects 1.3% of all imported human food in the US (and, while not mentioned in the article, the FDA actually largely relies on state agencies to issue recall notices based on what their state agricultural boards have found in their labs--many of the FDA food recalls are based on test results from the New York Department of Agricultre, among other things

On April 18, 2007: Veterinary Information Network notes that they have informal reports of possible poisoning from five other products not presently recalled, including (in even more disturbing news) two medical products--HeartGard chewables (a heartworm preventative) and Pill Pockets (used for dosing animals needing medication).

On April 20, 2007: The FDA now states that there is at least one known case of a human being sickened by contaminated pet food (specifically a woman who ate Iams pet food to convince her pet to try some; both she and her dog ended up in hospital) the idea that humans could get sick from eating contaminated dog food is not far fetched.) However, the victim is not otherwise identified. The FDA now issued has a specific hold-and-detain order in regards to allegedly contaminated wheat or wheat gluten from Chinese sources. Further, the FDA cannot in fact state they can guarantee none of the tainted grain entered the human food supply and due to the fact that the FDA has revealed the Chinese supplier (Xuzhou Anying Biologic) but has so far not identified the US-based importers and distributors who would have bought the gluten from Xuzhou Anying Biologic and ultimately distributed it to food producers.

On April 21, 2007: With recent discoveries of contamination entering the human food chain via pigs fed contaminated products, the FDA is finally making a federal case out of this debacle--a criminal probe has been opened re the food contamination and in particular pigs being fed contaminated food and subsequently entering the human food chain.

From an FDA press release of April 26, 2007: "The contaminated food recall is no longer restricted to wheat or wheat glutin but also includes imported rice and corn glutin products from China and all of these should be considered highly suspect. There is also the danger that this contamination of American food products may expand in the future and for this reason, the importantion of Chinese-originating wheat, corn and rice products will be interdicted."

Conclusions: While there is no question that a mass-poisoning of American pet food has occurred, the real question is why the FDC has frantically been downplaying the known use of commercial rat poison in American pet food and even more frantic attempts to blame the Chinese for this disaster. The answer, which can easily be found on internet search engines such as Google, is that for some time, American agricultural interests have been howling to anyone in the Bush administration that would listen to them that the Chinese products are selling in this country for far less than American produce.

One of the most deliberately ignored aspects of this tragedy is the issue of American companies purchasing huge amounts of Chinese wheat, rice and corn products even though they are natively produced in the States and the United States a net exporter (and in fact, with corn, there are considerable price supports). A Boston Sun article points this out very clearly in a series of interviews with the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers which clearly indicates that American companies would dearly love to sell their produce, wheat, corn and rice, to US companies but are being severely undercut by Chinese imports--and the savings are only something like twenty cents or less per pound.

Further, allegations that underpaid illegals working in the food industry, to include restaurants and food processing plants, might be involved in a protest against draconian Republican anti-immigration projects, is a subject not to be addressed and severely discouraged of discussion in the media. The reason for this is not compassion for illegal workers but the pragmatic view that if the American public were to realize that it was possible for hostile elements to introduce bacteria such as E Coli into human food, that, coupled with the wave of pet deaths would unlease an enormous outrage among the frightened public.

Because there is absolutely nothing the regulatory agencies of the government could do in the face of this storm but physically remove all Latino workers from any aspect of the food industry, this would be a logistic and economic disaster so it is much easier to convince a growingly restive public that the evil Chinese, the pet enemies of Bush and Cheney, are responsible for the deaths of beloved pets due to carelessness than to even begin to address deliberate poisonings by dissatisfied minorities.

This report covers three subjects: The plan to take over and completely control the U.S. internet; and the Russian responses to publication of plots against Putin.

The current power structure of the United States exercises almost complete control over both the print and television media. They do not, however, control the flow of information, some it potentially disastrous, on the internet. An uncontrolled internet has exposed many lies and plots against the public safety and so, the current administration reasons, it must come under strict governmental control.

Therefore, there is now pending a joint attempt by the Department of Justice, FBI, and DEA to bring all access to the Internet within the scope of the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). The current CALEA legislation gives law enforcement agencies access to communications traffic under specific legal conditions and constraints.

The vehicle for this control, which is slated to be under the Department of Defense, is the so-called Internet2. This is to be a regional internet program and at present, it is controlled by the FBI but in the event this is officially expanded to take over internet control on a national level, it will then be controlled by the DoD.
At the present time, a number of very prominent and well-used internet and telecommunication services, such as Google, SBC, AOL and others, report directly to government agencies on the activities of their subscribers and users. For example, Google automatically notes any searches for subjects the government deems “inappropriate” such as interest in any group or philosophy in the Muslim world, any interest in technical subjects such as bombs or pathogens or any and all persons expressing anger with the government or any of its agencies or personnel.

Telecommunication companies fall all over each other to send daily reports on telephone, fax and other communications send or received by such of their patrons whose names have been supplied to the companies. These can be as harmless as anti-draft groups, Democrat activists, anyone expressing anti-Semitic views and so on. (Editor’s note: linked here a long and technical article on the same subject.)

The political situation in Russia is reaching a boiling point with the public utterances of Boris Berezovsky, a former oligarch and once top man in the Russian oil industry.

When it turned out he and others planned to sell theior controlling shares to American and English oil companies, in essence, Putin kicked them out of Russia. Most of them fled in terror to Mother Israel, taking billions of dollars of loot with them.

Most are living very quietly but Berezovsky has a huge ego and a bigger mouth and he, and other less verbose ex-oligarchs, are openly plotting to stir up civil dissent inside Russia with the avowed intention of either getting the hated Putin assassinated or deposed.

They have the full support of Israel and the United States in these plans because if Putin falls, all the oil and gas will be removed from state control and given back the oligarchs and the long delayed sale to Western oil interrests will go forward.

Couple this with Dick Cheney’s pathological hatred of Putin (as an evil “Communist” which he is not) and both Cheney and Bush’s fanatical support of any project Israel puts forward, this is seen in many agencies as instigating an anti-Semitic wave spreacing throughout Russia.

For this reason, the US press is now attacking Putin as a dictator but because of his loud noises, Berezovsky has had to leave England ahead of a deportation order and flee back to the safety of Israel (that country will never extradite a Jew to a foreign country, not even the recent new arrival who murdered someone and tried to burn the remains in his backyard barbecue pit)

The average Russian is very anti-Semitic, remembering their terribile and prolonged suffering under Stalin’s secret police, (40 millions were put to death during Stalin reign of terror) who were almost entirely Jewish in composition.

The growing stridency of the Jewish oligarchy against Putin is resulting in a ressurgence of anti-Semitism in Russia and one of my very best sources in the State Department tells me that it appears from their intelligence branch that such very rich personages in Russia as Oleg Deripaska of the aluminum giant RUSAL, and Roman Abrahamovich, a former partner and co-religionist ofwho has been associated with Deripaska, and who is heavily involved in SIBNEFT with Berezovsky, are slated for the axe (read deportation to Israel or a bullet in the back of the neck) and their holdings immediately siezed by the state and amagalmated into a massive state-owned resource trust.

Abramovich, who now lives in England where he is the richest Jew in the country, is a strong supporter of Jewish causes in Russia and Israeli and has funded several projects in the Abramovich neighborhood in Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv. He is known to be the biggest donor to the Jewish organization Chabad-Lubavitch.

When word of this putsch reached American sources, they at once informed the Israelis and together, a joint campaign was launched against Putin and his people, both in the intelligence communities and the American media.

Cheney is not a sane man but it is one thing to plot against a weak Iraq and quite another to pick a quarrel with a Russia that has a large aresenal of atomic weapons and a formidable military force. Bush is not actually a main party to this Get-Putin movement because he is now absolutely obsessed with protecting the vile Rove and the worthless Rodriguez, and getting one up on Congress over the failed war in Iraq but his blind support of Israel will drag him along the path of increasing, and appalingly stupid, confrontation with a country the U.S. could well have become an ally of after the fall of the Soviet Union.

It’s too bad some genuine American patriots engineered the removel of former insect exermnator cum Born-Agan- Jesus -Freak, Tom Delay. Just think of what he could do to our useless and criminally stupid leaders with a long afternon and six tanks trucks of cyanide spray. Then we would have our very own Sacred Holocaust to bleat about for the next ten decades and use as a national fundraiser for condos for Congressmen in Florida, with nubile Kushner-trained houseboys for Republicans like Foley.

As I predicted, the press is trying to beef up the silly story that a harmless chemical product is actually responsible for the pet food deaths. This time, the spin merchants claim, it’s “contaminated rice.” And, of course, the rabid anti-Communist Cheney people will claim that like the harmless “wheat glutin,” this rice came from China. Where is the duct tape now that we need it? And elements here want to claim that the waclo zipperhead who went on a school rampage was actually a secret member of al Quaeda! Nest, we will learn that the utterly useless DHS is setting up an “Academic Security Bureau” that will cost the raped taxpayers more millions in looted money!

But the real story this week concerns the collapse of the BlackBerry system on a national level. This was the direct result of Israeli-owned US firms’ technological probings into American top-secret communications network. As direct result of these break-ins via inside plantings of trap-doored systems, the famous BlackBerry systems crashed for almost 10 hours. One of the targets was the system better known as CryptoBerry. The term CryptoBerry was a project name for the S/MIME BlackBerry product.( S/MIME: Secure/Multi-purpose Internet Mail Extension) Conventional BlackBerry uses TripleDES to encrypt all traffic between the device and the BES.It was originally produced by RSA Data Security, and developed for NSA (National Security Agency, ed) and, as developed was a more secure version of the BlackBerry e-mail client from Research in Motion Ltd. of Waterloo, Ontario, used by DoD officials and in the field in Iraq and Afghanistan. Initially very slow, NSA then improved its performance. The security implications of 'going through Canada' are virtually nil. All messages, be they conventional or S/MIME always pass through the RIM BlackBerry infrastructure in encrypted form, and RIM does not have access to the keys.

The S/MIME BlackBerry is meant for organizations already using S/MIME to completely secure their mail from sender to recipient, including from the eyes of their own network administrators

The expressed concerns of the DoD, which uses these systems, and the NSA who are involved heavily with their versions of it, are greatly concerned about a possible terrorist attack on the American secret communications network. If such an attack were coupled with an internet takedown, S/MIME would be completely useless and if a successful attack were launched on the RIM relay, everything would be shut down..

A joint report, highly classified, under date of March 30, 2007, by the FBI, the DoD and the NSA discuss in detail an extensive Israeli trechinical espionage operation working inside the United States to mine any and all information that might “be of ongoing importance to the state of Israel.”

It would be impossible to specifically quote from any of the documents or show copies of them but a digest of the information is appended at the end of this report.

What two hundred and ten pages tells the reader is that the Israeli government, through its Mossad or foreign intelligence, has been systematically spying on the one country that had unquestioningly supported it and by doing so, has drawn the wrath of many Muslim oriented terrorists upon its head. The conclusion of the report is that nothing can be done about this because the current Bush administration is so pro-Israel that any attempt to interdict its spying on American military, intelligence, financial institutions and any American they deem to be anti-Israeli is doomed from the start. Such actions would have to come from public pressure and not the outrage of American intelligence organs.
American terrorist investigators know that members of the Israeli Mossad, who were involved with the Muslim group that carried out the 9/11 terrorist attacks had managed to stay ahead of them, by knowing who and when investigators are calling on the telephone. This is accomplished by obtaining and analyzing data that is generated every time someone in the U.S. makes a telephone call.

Here is how the system works. Most directory assistance calls, and virtually all call records and billing inside the U.S. are done for the telephone companies by Amdocs Ltd., an Israeli-based private telecommunications company.

Amdocs had contracts with the 25 biggest telephone companies in America, and even more worldwide. The White House and other secure government phone lines are protected, but it is virtually impossible for any American to make a call on any American phone without generating an Amdocs record of it.

In recent years, the FBI and other government agencies have investigated Amdocs more than once. The firm has repeatedly and adamantly denied any security breaches or wrongdoing. In 1999, the super secret National Security Agency, headquartered in Ft. George Meade in northern Maryland, issued what is called a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information report, TS/SCI, warning that records of calls in the United States were getting into foreign hands – in Israel, in particular.

Investigators do not believe such calls are being listened to, but the data about who is calling whom and when is extremely valuable in itself. An internal Amdocs memo to senior company executives suggests just how Amdocs generated call records could be used. “Widespread data mining techniques and algorithms...combining both the properties of the customer (e.g., credit rating) and properties of the specific ‘behavior….’” Specific behavior, such as who the targeted customers are calling.

The Amdocs memo says the system should be public ally advertised as “helping to prevent telephone fraud.” However, U.S. counterintelligence analysts say it could, and unquestionably was, also be used to spy via the records of the American telephone system. The N.S.A has held numerous classified conferences to warn the F.B.I. and C.I.A. how Amdocs records could be used.

At one classified NSA briefing, a diagram by the Argonne National Laboratory was used to show that if phone records are not completely secure, major security breaches are more than possible.

Another NSA briefing document said, "It has become increasingly apparent that systems and networks are vulnerable…Such crimes always involve unauthorized persons, or persons who exceed their authorization...citing on exploitable vulnerabilities."

Those vulnerabilities are growing, because according to another briefing, the U.S. relies too much on foreign companies like Amdocs for high-tech equipment and software. "Many factors have led to increased dependence on code developed overseas.... We buy rather than train or develop solutions."

U.S. intelligence does not officially believe the Israeli government is involved in a misuse of information, and Amdocs insists that its data is secure. What U.S. government officials are worried about, however, is the possibility that Amdocs data could get into the wrong hands, particularly organized crime. And that would not be the first time that such a thing has happened.

Amdocs is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri but primarily based in Ra'anana, Israel, is a provider of software and services for billing and CRM systems. Its clients are primarily focused on the public sector and telecommunications, including such "Tier-1" players as Sprint-Nextel, Cingular, Vodafone, T-Mobile. The company was originally called "Aurec Group" (the Hebrew word for Artery ("òåø÷"), which in Hebrew is used to describe a communication channel) and dealt only with directory services, i.e. Yellow Pages. They now provide application suites for CRM, sales, and billing operations for telecommunication service providers. Amdocs still provides publishing software for creating print and online directories. The company also offers outsourced customer service and data center operations.

Comverse Infosys Comverse Infosys is one of the companies involved with Amdocs in its U.S. espionage activates through the telecommunication products its sells and systems it operates and services. Its products are widely used by the US telecommunications industry and government agencies.

Telrad Communications. Telerad Networks is one of Israel’s leading developers of carrier grade telecommunications equipment. The company serves as an original design manufacturer for leading global communications equipment providers and recently initiated the development of certain classified products in the metro optical networking . It is headquartered in Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel.

Verint This company was called Comverse-Infosys until 2002, but was quickly renamed when the FBI started several investigations against it and arrested some of its employees in the US on suspicion of espionage.

NICE Systems Headquartered in Ra'anana, Israel, NICE is a worldwide leader of multimedia digital recording solutions, applications and related professional services for business interaction management. NICE products and solutions are used in contact centres, trading floors, air traffic control (ATC) sites, CCTV security installations and Government markets. NICE's synergistic technology platform enables customers to capture, evaluate and analyse business interactions in order to improve business processes and gain competitive advantage. NICE's subsidiaries and local offices are based in the United States, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom and France. RSA Security Inc.RSA was named for the RSA public key cryptography algorithm, which was in turn named for the initials of its co-inventors: Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir, and Len Adleman. They founded RSA. On June 29, 2006 it was announced that EMC Corporation will acquire RSA Security for $2.1 billion. On September 14, 2006 RSA stockholders approved the acquisition of the company by EMC Corporation.

On Thursday, March 15, a meeting was held in a private suite at the Hay-Adams hotel in Washington. (Interestingly a reader informs us that the Hays-Adams hotel is also known to be connected to the British Secret Intelligence Service. Ed.)

This meeting was attended by CIA and CIA-based Mossad personnel, a Russian/Israeli representative of Boris A. Berezovsky, an Israeli citizen formerly a Russian citizen, representatives of Mikhail Brudno and Vladimir Duboy, also Israeli citizens and once major holders in Yukos, the Russian oil giant.. Also present was a personal representative of Vice President Cheney.

The meeting was under clandestine electronic surveillance and it quickly emerged that the purpose of this meeting, which commenced after a luncheon served in the rooms and began at 1425 hours, was to discuss the means by which Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Republic, was to be removed from office, either through extensive civil disruption or assassination.

The former Russian/Israeli oil and business oligarchs had been effectively removed from power by Putin, following the departure of Russian President, Boris Yeltsin. Yeltsin had been effectively supported by the CIA and when in office, denationalized the very important Russian oil and gas fields, permitting the so-called Oligarchy (of which Berezovsky, Brudno, Duboy and others, were part and parcel.)

Their known aim was to gain complete control over these natural resources with the aid of their co-religionists in the World Bank (now run by another co-religionist, Paul Wolfowitz) the IMF and the Israeli-controlled Bank of New York. The method was to improve the fields’ production capacity with loans from American and British oil companies and then sell controlling interests to both entities.

These plans were frustrated by Putin, and the immensely wealthy oligarchs stripped of their holdings and run out of the country. Most of them fled to Israel with as much money as they could abscond with and where they are now living, completely safe from any criminal prosecution, while Berezovsky fled to England where he is currently resident.

Berezovsky, born on 23, January, 1946, he and his associated gained the support of Yeltsin and he personally took over control of the state controlled AutoVAZ car business, Aeroflot, the Russian airline and several very rich natural resources, later reorganized into Sibneft. These acquisitions were accomplished by bribery, extortion and outright theft and were all protected by the Yeltsin people. He also was able to seize control of important segments of the Russian media which he used to support the 1996 Yeltsin presidential campaign. This media conglomerate also included the TV6 and Ort television channels and the large-circulation newspapers, Novye Izbestiya, Nezavisimaya Gazeta and Kommersant.

Acting on information from the Israeli Mossad, Berezovsky established contact with Neil Bush, the very corrupt younger brother of the President and became a very heavy investor, since 2003, in Bush’s computer company, Ignite! Learning. The two have met, in Europe and the Baltic areas, a number of times subsequently.

Berezovsky then became heavily involved in the political situation in the Ukraine in 2005. Working in cooperation with elements of the CIA who were under orders from the Vice President Cheney to “destabilize the pro-Russian government of the Ukraine “ and seek to bring it under the aegis of Nato with especial emphasis on gaining the oil rights in the Donets Basin and, most importantly, to secure the oil and gas pipeline systems running from Russia to eastern Europe. Berezovsky financially supported Viktor Yushchenko and transferred “significant amounts of cash” from his London bank accounts to the Yushchenko campaign. Such foreign interference is illegal under current Ukrainian laws

Although Yushchenko was elected, political activity sponsored by Russia made it impossible for the U.S. interests to either secure control over Ukrainian pipelines or gain access to the natural resources of the Donetz basin.

Following this very expensive debacle, Yuschenko then turned his attention to projects designed to either physically eliminate Putin or drive him from office. He stated in a public interview in January of 2006 that he was fully intent in overthrowing Putin, a goal heartily supported by Vice President Cheney who personally hates Putin and is under pressure from his friends in the oil industry to remove a man who not only snatched control over the rich Russian natural resources from them but has actively blocked their continuing efforts to somehow get their hands on Russian oil and gas.

Well aware of Berezovsky’s activities (the Russian intelligence services have long ago penetrated Israeli intelligence organs, a number of Berezovsky’s minions have either vanished without a trace or, like his co-religionist, ex-Russian FBB intelligence officer and alleged “reporter,” A. Litvinenko, was poisoned by a dose of radioactive material as were two other Russian “reporters” and in Washington, an anti-Putin former CIA official was shot in front of his house and the entire episode covered up by the American press.

Although these deaths should have warned not only Berezovsky and his allies, they apparently learned nothing and are now working to overthrow Putin and restore the oil and gas interests to status quo pre-Putin.

As early as August, 2003, tentative plans were being developed between the CIA, the Mossad and dissident groups inside Russia, plans that later were formalized in Washington with the blessing of Cheney. During the course of the 7th International Workshop held in Helsinki, Finland, at the Sonera Conference Center in that city, meetings were held between a CIA official using the name of Roger Simkins, his Israeli opposite number, Rahm Gittlesohn, a Mossad agent attached to the Israeli embassy and Moshe Sitkovetsky, an Israeli-based agent of Berezovsky. These “initial exploratory talks” lasted off and on for two days and were later continued on six separate occasions, five of these in London and the last one in Washington.

An organization was created, called ‘Another Russia’ and contact was made with Eduard Limonov who heads the National Bolshevik Party. Beresovsky has no problem using this man but the Vice President, who is strongly anti-Communist , has objected to the inclusion of Limonov. . Berezovsky hates Putin for destroying his empire and has on several occasions labeled the pro-German Putin as a “nazi.’ He also has advocated the killing of Putin’s daughters “as a warning” to the Russian president but to date, this project has received little attention.

The current plan is to have ‘Another Russia’ begin a series of disruptive public protests, utilizing students;, former Communists and some members of Russia’s rapidly shrinking Jewish community. There have been active discussions about what kind of articles will appear in the American media (anti-Putin) and, of course, non-documented promises of large cash rewards to the leaders of the opposition in the event of their so disrupting Putin that he will resign. In the event that he retaliates, it is hoped that he does so in front of cameras and at the same time, a plan is being formulated to shoot him in the Crimea while on vacation and blame it on Ukrainians.

It is to be stressed that both the United States and Israeli governments are fully in accord with the thrust of these plan. If, on the other hand, the British government were to become aware, at least officially, that these plots were being conducted from British soil, the consequences for Berexovsky could be very serious and it was put forward that as friendly an ally as PM Blair has proven to be to U.S. interests, it would not be productive to attempt to enlist British cooperation.

I have two subject to deal with today. The first is the completely disastrous military situation in Iraq and the second deals with deliberately poisoned food in the United States. In the first matter, it will soon be public that Bush is going to extend the tours of duty for troops to 15 months or, with some clever interpretation of the rules, to 20 months.

In addition to these draconian measures, be advised that a classified Pentagon report confirms what we already knew: that Bush is ordering all, repeat all, National Guard units activated (in discreet stages) for immediate shipment to Iraq. Legally, Bush can do this, but the political uproar is going to be immense. “National Guard (In Federal Status) And Reserve Mobilized As Of April 11, 2007

This week, the Army, Navy and Air Force announced an increase, while the Marine Corps and Coast Guard had a decrease. The net collective result is 1,030 more reservists mobilized than last week.

At any given time, services may mobilize some units and individuals while demobilizing others, making it possible for these figures to either increase or decrease. Total number currently on active duty in support of the partial mobilization for the Army National Guard and Army Reserve is 63,689; Navy Reserve, 6,404; Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve, 5,079; Marine Corps Reserve, 5,514; and the Coast Guard Reserve, 302. This brings the total National Guard and Reserve personnel, who have been mobilized, to 80,988, including both units and individual augmentees.

Aside from the building and very serious tension between a fanatic Bush and a growingly furious Congress, the real news here is the slaughter of our troops in Iraq. With many units sent over there without proper equipment or armor and, in many cases, no training whatsoever in combat, the Iraqi resistance people are wreaking havoc on the inexperienced men. The idiot Bush plan has been to rush as many new troops as possible to Baghdad, kill all the resistance people they can find, terrorize the locals and then, declare peace and pull out. That’s fine except for one thing: They forgot to get permission from the Resistance first! With plump and innocent new blood, these people have been having a terrible field day and the chances of establishing a “zone of tranquility where the new Iraqi government can establish democracy’ is the same as the nuts here babbling about a Second Coming. A nice idea, kids, but it won’t happen. Bush and Cheney still want to invade Iran and the Likudists here want the same thing but the military has told them it can’t happen. Believe me, Bush won’t budge an inch, howls about Congress “depriving our brave heros” of food and condoms, picks senseless fights with any Democrat in sight and totally ignores the growing danger signs of an enraged public. No, Virginia, we have lost in Iraq and no amount of flag-waving and psychobabble speeches on the part of our disintegrating leaders will have any effect except to make any Republican an object of public scorn and derision. More and more is coming out about Bush stacking the U.S. attorney’s offices with useless Christian fanatics, all from the pesthole run by the nut Pat Robertson. They may have the brains of garden snails but they have the advantage of fanatic loyalty to Bush. They will eventually have to be weeded out.

The pot is beginning to boil over the food, human and pet, poisonings. I am digging up more data of Mad Cow in the U.S. and the Chinese have denied the wildl US claims that wheat glutin is poisoned. Their glutin is almost all used inside China and the main company has not shipped any glutin to pet food plants. Of more immediate interest is the mobbing of Fat Karl Rove on Wednesday. Although the media closely confined the story and limited its distribution, the effect here in the White House is amazing. The Secret Service is very alarmed over this incident, as they were over the fictional Bush assassination movie they managed to block distribution of in America. Bush is the most hated president in history and the number of “serious” death threats, revealed and uncovered, has everyone here frightened. The Rove attack was spontaneous student hatred of a very evil man but the detail here is going to give top aides more protection and redouble their already formidable presidential detail. Bush’s glee in provoking Congress and the American people is causing serious trouble, not only on the Hill but throughout the country and this is just building up steam. As I have said many times, Bush is not going to listen to anyone and is going to do just what he wants. In the end, he will be wearing a Napoleon hat and ranting to himself in an empty White House. If you want an first class example of official lies, watch the televised conferences of the federal health officials concerning the poisoning of pets. A large number of cats and dogs have recently died from eating deliberately contaminated pet food. The first finding, by a reputable laboratory, was that the food was laced with rat poison. Our government, alarmed at the implications of this and coupled with a number of serious and disparate outbreaks of induced Ecoli at restaurants, has now released a statement bordering on the moronic, claiming that Chinese wheat glutin is responsible and that it contains a harmless plastic additive. If this were the case, there would be tens of thousands of humans, who eat wheat glutin daily, dying in the hospitals all across the world. Why the transparent and stupid lies? Two reports, one by the DoJ and the other by the CDC indicates that the “probable suspects” are Mexican illegals who work at the restaurants where the poisonings broke out and certainly in the American pet food factories. Militant Latino groups are furious because the Republicans want to physically deport all illegals and are further outraged at the slave wages and poor working conditions the American businessmen force them to work under. Another reason for avoiding the subject of deliberate poisoning of American food is that if it ever became commonly believed, the fearful and enraged pubic would demand action and action is something the useless, cronified Bush administration is incapable of. And it also might be of interest to note that the so-called Mad Cow disease now had a foothold in the United States but we will hear absolutely nothing about this because the meat packing industry gives the Republicans huge money to be quiet. After all, it would cost them millions to properly test their meat sources and why spend hundreds of millions in safeguards when a briefcase full of hundred dollar bills delivered to the Oval Office (yes, dear, Bush does take personal bribes…it runs in the family) or the office of a key Senator or Congressman. After all, they reason, by the time Mad Cow is noticed by the public, they will be safely out of office and enjoying their bribes in Aruba.
